Local Rental Rates:
Monthly Rental: $50.00 + tax and $50.00 refundable deposit for
1st month rental
3-Month Rental: $135.00 + tax and $50 refundable deposit for 3
months rental
 
For
pump rental, you'll need to purchase a Purple or Black Lactina
Rental. The shoulder bag contains everything you'll need
to get started!

Black Lactina Pump Kit: $71.00
The rental kits contain everything you need to pump: storage
for your rental pump, a cooling compartment to keep your
breastmilk cold, three blue ice cooling elements, two bottles
with lids, a manual pump, two breastshields, two tubings, and
rental kit adapter, as well as instructions.
Rental Agreement:
I agree to pay for rental of equipment in advance. I
understand the rental fee will be charged to my credit card
for each month of rental. There will be a $50.00 deposit
for first time rentals. Deposit are refunded when the
pump is turned into Mothernaturebaby.com rental station on
time. I
further agree to turn the pump in the condition in which I
rented it. I understand there will be a $5.00 cleaning
fee, taken out of the deposit upon return of the breastpump,
if needed. I further am responsible for
any damage and/or loss. A charge of $640.00 or $50.00 a
month for 12 months will be charged to my credit card for a
lost breastpump. By purchasing a one-month or
three-month rental, I understand and agree to these terms.
